How do I choose?
Here comes the fun part! Head on over to our 'What can I personalise page' and scroll through our list of products. Anything you see here can be personalised.
Ok I have picked, now what?
Now all you have to do is shoot us an email at hello@thefundraisingcollective.com.au tell us the products you'd like to order and we will get back to you within 1 business day to get you started.
How much do we make?
You pick how much you raise. You tell us the price you would like to set above our base price and then you keep 100% of the profits.
How do we get our money?
At the end of the month we will calculate all the sales you've made and send you a spreadsheet outlining your sales and fundraising profit. We will the deposit your funds into your organisations bank account within 14 days.
Can we make money of your ready to wear collection?
Sure thing! Just let your organisation know that they need to pop your organisations name into the 'company' field when checking out and we will calculate your fundraising amount at the end of the month.
We are a corporate company, can we still buy from you?
Most definitely. If you are after personalisation you can go through the same process as our not for profit's and nominate a charity that you would like to raise funds for. Alternatively you can purchase from us at our base rate and not raise funds for a charity. But hey why not spread the love while you're here?
Is there any cost to personalise?
For our embroidery option there is a one of fee of $12 that will be deducted from your final fundraising amount. This is not a cost per item but just a one of cost when you first personalise with us. For our screen printing options there is no additional personalisation charge.
Where do I find my personalised products?
Your personalised products will be on the website under our 'personalised apparel' tab. Simply click on your organisations name and all your products will appear. We will also send you an email when your products are available with a link directing you straight to your merch. Then all you have to do is distribute the link within your community.
How long can my personalised products stay online?
As long as you'd like! We are aiming to help your organisation set up a passive stream of fundraising income. This means once you've personalised with us we can keep your products live for all your future community members who also may with to purchase one of your personalised items.
Okay, i have ordered. When is it coming?
Soon, very soon! Items will be completed in 14 days and shipped out however embroidered items do have a turn around time of 21 days plus shipping.
Can I get a sample?
Yes you can! We are happy to do a sample for you at a discount + shipping. Please get in touch with us to orgaise this.
